Tips & Tricks: If your heating element has gone out, the most important thing to do is clean your probe channel. This is located underneith the lid of the steam unit, you will need to remove the probe “looks like a spark plug, use a 13/16” socket to remove”. Once removed, clean the inside of the channel with a long rod or screwdriver. If this is not cleaned you will blow another element.
We always suggest purchasing a new probe with an element failure MS90-Super3 probe # 100471-2. All Max unit probes part # 104423
